Today our patch was really small, as there’s nothing new this week. I’m sure everyone is busy grinding the event, so we got things back up ASAP. There are 2 more weeks left to gather the Satan and Panzerwerfer! Many people are already there, and quite a few are super close. Good job on rescuing those scouts, General!
We are rotating our sale out to cover 4-5 star light tanks this week! They will have their own 5% drop rate category.
Next week, we do have a NEW character coming out . . . and yes, she does have a Halloween costume coming with her too!
–Emblem max cap is now properly enforced (preventing you from battle). If you need to recycle lots of emblems, do like 50 at a time to prevent game from freezing! (Removed this change due to lack of proper Emblem recycling UI.)
-Fixed bug that would make Auto Battle button hard to press
-Fixed small visual and corner case bugs
It’s finally here everyone! Armor Blitz’s first event since the big overhaul (and Nutaku launch) is finally here: The Haunted Isles. As the Halloween festivities approach, so to do the Corruption. You will quickly learn that the elevated rate of enemy invaders is due to a mysterious island hidden from sight. Headquarters has been hunting it down for awhile, but only now have you learned of its actual location. It turns out that a couple of scouts have gone missing on the Haunted Isles – it’s up to you to rescue them!
You will need to gather Pumpkins, Bat Wings, and Ghosts in order to locate the whereabouts of the missing M3 Satan (Edna) and Panzerwerfer (Minnie). The pumpkins will curry favor with the black cat of the Haunted Isles. He can also use trace elements of bat wings and ghosts in order to locate the tanks . . . and other goodies as well! Present offerings to the cauldrons, and earn rewards. If you do manage to rescue the tanks, they begin at lvl 15, letting them catch up faster.
Both Edna and Minnie have relationship stories to earn. After all, it’s Halloween, so load them up with candy. If you are a Nutaku.net player, be aware that Minnie the Panzerwerfer has a 100% wholesome story. No H content, but plenty of spooks. Satan on the other hand, is a bit more devilish!
In addition to the Sacrifice rewards, you can Exchange your event resources for special packages. Certain packages have limited quantities, so be sure to get them all! You can even buy bags of candy to restock your dwindling sugar supply.
Pumpkins – Found by beating standard map battles and invasions
Bat Wings – Found in the Devil’s Path on the Haunted Isle
Ghosts – Found throughout the Haunted Path on the Haunted Isle
Every day your Haunted Isle progress will reset, allowing you to defeat beaten tiles again and earn more Bat Wings and Ghosts. If you are really impatient, you can pay an instant reset cost to speed up time! The cost to do this increases each time, but also resets each day.
One of the most requested features since the dawn of time has been the ability to set up different decks. It’s finally arrived – you can get new platoon spots in the Army Screen (same place you buy reserve expansions). Set up back up platoons to quickly swap into when your primary platoon is injured. The cost is a flat fee of 300 Cores, and you can get up to 5 platoons.
Finally, we are keeping up the rotating sales. This week, we are putting up the opportunity to get 4-5 star UK tanks in the store. We ran a similar sale awhile back for British tanks, and now it’s returned! This sale will end next Wednesday.
–Halloween Event! The Haunted Isles is here. Rescue the M3 Satan and Panzerwerfer, and get other exclusive goodies before the event ends.
–Panzerwerfer, Minnie (5-star artillery added)
–Expanded Army Platoons: Purchase additional platoon slots on the Army Screen. This will allow you to swap quickly between decks. Set up a unique deck for separate occasions!
–UK Sale – 3% Drop category for 4-5 Star tanks from the UK
-M3 Satan’s Haste ability no longer changes her projectile to single-target.
-SU-76M, Vanissa Crit Multiplier fixed .5% -> 50%
-Small visual fixes and improvements . . . like the water shader
Trick or treat! There’s a couple more weeks to go before the holiday begins. On a side note, the dev team will be at Youmacon in Detroit, as we are every year. If you are in the area, then come by and say hi to us in the video game room. Message us on Twitter or Facebook to chat!
This week, we have a few changes to the Invasions and the introduction of the first 3-star story: Hetzer! This week, you will have the chance to rescue 3 and 4-star tanks like Hetzer from the evil clutches of the invading Corruption. Invasions refresh every 12 hours for this week only. Each invasion tile you beat will drop a mid-tier German unit, so get out there and start rescuing! Because of the focus on German units, our sale will also focus on boosting that region’s recruit rate. They have a dedicated 3% drop category for 5-stars, so if you’ve been wanting to set a Maus trap… this is your chance!
Hetzer’s story was something that was requested since the launch of our relationship system. She’s the cute iconic mascot that everyone loves, even if she’s only a 3-star. Well it’s finally been done! Feed her 150 candies, and you can experience the adventures of Ilona and the Small Brigade! It’s the longest story so far (and 100% WHOLESOME). So get your reading glasses on!

Get out and rescue those damsels in distress. And if you live in Germany, I hope you drank some wonderful beer for Oktoberfest. Have fun everyone!
Hello defenders of Factoria! This week we have a new character being released, as well as the first iteration of our new invasion system. The Invasion game type is going to evolve over time, so this first week is pretty simple: enemy units will invade discovered portions of your map! The enemies will be as strong as your lieutenant, and rewards scale based on oil cost too. Each day of the week will bring new invaders to your doorstep, as well as different bonus rewards. Today (Thursday) will provide you with Metal when beating those invaders.
This week’s battles feature simple crystal boss enemies and singular battles. But next week… things may change! *menacingggg*. The invasion system seems really simple right now (and it is), but there’s a lot of work that we’ve done in the back end that has still yet to be seen. And all the while, we’ve been doing a combat system overhaul to allow more flexibility in new features and diversity in combat modes. Overall, it is a stepping stone to much bigger things.
To celebrate the incoming FV3805 British artillery unit, we’re having a 3% Bonus Drop sale on 5-star artillery units. This will be your best chance to get her, so take a roll! It ends next week.
~New 5-star artillery: FV3805, Mary (No story yet, but it will come soon!)
~First iteration of Corrupted Invasions is out! Each day of the week, enemy patrols will take over tiles on your map. Their strength is determined by your player level, and the amount of invaders will depends on how much of the map is available to you! Every day of the week, these battles will drop a unique reward. The calendar for this week (Sept 27th to Oct. 4th) starts with a metal bonus!
Welcome back for another week of Armor Blitz! This week we planned on having our “invasion” game type ready, but we’re going to spend another week polishing it up and fixing bugs before releasing it. In the meantime, we have a new character, the Panther/M10 ‘spy tank’ that Germans used to try and infiltrate American forces. She was designed in cooperation with Agent Shawnee, a winner of the Anime Expo ‘Wake Up Your Waifu Contest’ we held with Nutaku. It was great meeting her at the booth, and wonderful working with her to create this tank. Go give a shout out to her on twitter if you like the design!
Like the other Panthers (though she isn’t really a sister of them), she has the Ace Lv.5 ability, but a lower cost of only 3 gears, she will be easy to deploy on the clutch. To celebrate the arrival of this wonderful cat-tank, we’re doing a sale on all cat-themed units. Tigers, Leopards, Panthers… you name it! They will all be dropped into a bonus 5% drop rate category in the shop. Go to the store and adopt yourself some pretty kittens! You can see the full list of units in the cash shop information button.
Portal of Chaos Oil Reduction
A lot of players were having trouble maintaining daily Portal fights with the high cost of oil. Although the rewards are high, we do want people to be able to experience other content as well. The oil costs of battles have been reduced by 50%, and same applies to experience gain. Blueprint drops are still the same, so you can now more efficiently gather those valuable blue papers.
~Panther/M10, Lila released with story scenes.
~SU-152 ability changed from Piercing Shot to Obliterate to allow for AoE damage to apply
~AMX40 ability changed from Aegis -> Deflect. This ability is instant activation, but shorter duration
~(Type 62) Spotter ability duration increased 10 -> 15 seconds
~Portal of Chaos oil cost and exp gain have been reduced by half
~Blast radius is displayed in a unit’s Tank Details page if they use HE shells
~Fix for player level achievement. Now it will reward every 10 levels starting at Lv. 10 and ending at 50
~Fix for units getting injured at spawn point due to AoE in the center of map. If this still happens, please report!
Keep fighting for justice, and cats! Factoria is waiting for you.
